The things Ossian would like to have/know in our ERP. Trifon, don't worry if you don't understand some of them, I did the translation without understanding some of them, so they may be wrong. We will talk about them during the course…
Taxes configuration. We have a special tax system in CanaryIslands, different from the rest of Spain
Creation of products and services, and grouping them into categories
Hierarchical categories of services and products (categories, subcategories, etc)
Hierarchical prices. Asign a price to a category and will apply to all products, but if we assign a price directly to a product it will have precedence over the category price
Asigning clients to categories (good, bad, owes us money …)
CRM stuff: Special dates for partners: birthdays, etc
Credit limit for clients: Apply a credit limit to a client and maybe lock sales when limit is reached
Dunning handling: Assign due dates to invoices and let Adempiere remind us and clients about overdue invoices. Maybe lock sales until payment is received.
Discounts: Assign discount to a client, and be able to change it in every sell. Discount shouldn't by added.
Discount plans: Create a discount plan applicable to a product/category during a given time. The discount can be in the form of a percentage or fixed ammount.
We want to track how good are our vendors. We would like to be able to rate every purchase order according to how sattisfied we are with it. So we can track if we have many problems with a given vendor. We would like to be able to create e rejection document (No conformidad) very important for quality certification (ISO9000)
Configure selling proces according to different parameters: Cost, Cost+percent revenue, etc
Tracking purchases: listing purchases that we haven't received, due dates, etc
CRM client satisfaction: track client satisfaction based on surveys or our experience
Incident Tracking: We want to be able to use adempiere as a trouble ticket system, to manage phone calls or problems we recieved from our customers. We should be able to create a ticket and track the time we take to solve it. From this tickets we should be able to create an invoice to the clients. If it's not possible, maybe try to integrate a TTS with ADempiere (We use RT)
Projects: Asigning resources, tickets, work orders and products to a project
Support contracts: Tracking the contracts we have with our clients. The duration and payment can be different (some are monthly an some yearly). Automatic invoice generation. Auntomatic reminders when we need to renew a contract
Rejection documents (No conformidades): they are importante for the quality certification (ISO9000). Ask Ossian
